These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the applications, tools, websites, and services operated by Andrew Nguyen (also published as “ampersandru”) — collectively, “the Apps” or “the Services.” By accessing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Apps are personal, self-hosted, and/or open-source tools provided for general use. Each App may have its own documentation describing what it does. The Apps are offered to help you as-is; they are not guaranteed to be error-free or to meet any particular requirement.
You agree to use the Apps lawfully and in line with their documentation. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
You keep ownership of the content you create or provide. Use of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Some Apps are self-hosted or local-first, meaning your data stays under your control.
Some Apps integrate with third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Google APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of a third-party service through an App is also subject to that provider’s terms, and I am not responsible for the third party’s service.
Unless stated otherwise, the Apps and their original content are the property of Andrew Nguyen and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws. Some Apps are distributed under an open-source license; in that case, the App’s license governs that App and takes precedence for that code.
The Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using an App at any time. I may modify or discontinue any App, or your access to it, at any time, without prior notice.
